This website is operated by the Panama City Pickleball Club to share information about the club, its events, its membership, and its history.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account confidential and for the activity carried out from it.

Accuracy of profile information

You agree to provide truthful information and to keep your profile up to date.

Membership and participation

Membership and event participation are subject to the club's rules.

Participation, conduct, reservations, guests, tournaments, ranking, discipline, membership, and monthly dues are governed by the Panama City Pickleball Club General Rulebook.

Payments

Payments follow the club's procedures and the terms applicable to each event or membership.

Club store (marketplace)

The store on this site is a marketplace: vendors are independent sellers/partners, not club employees, and are responsible for their own products.

The Panama City Pickleball Club processes payment for marketplace orders through Cubo Pago. We do not store card data.

• •Delivery, pickup, and returns are coordinated according to the vendor's and the club's instructions.

• •Vendor payouts are a separate process from the customer's checkout payment.
