Information we collect

We collect the information you provide and the information generated by taking part in the club:

• •Account and profile data (name, email, phone, preferred language, nationality, skill level, DUPR rating, and emergency contact).
• •Inquiries submitted through the contact form.
• •Membership and payment records.
• •Acceptances of the rulebook, the liability waiver, and other club policies.
• •Event registrations.
• •Tournament participation and history.
• •Contact and sponsor communications.

How we use information

We use information to administer memberships, organize events and tournaments, handle club payments, communicate with you, and operate the club safely and in an orderly way.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who can access it

Access to member data is restricted to club administration and the board according to their roles. Information is not shared publicly, except for content you choose to make public or content published as part of the club's history (for example, tournament results with first names).

Payments

Club payments may be handled through the means officially enabled by the club, including Cubo Pago. We keep payment records for administrative purposes.

Site analytics

To understand how the site is used and improve it, we use two analytics services:

• •Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC): records the pages you visit, how you reached the site (for example, a link or a search engine), your device and browser type, your approximate location (country or city), and how you interact with pages. It uses first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*) that can last up to 2 years. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.
• •Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights (Vercel Inc.): measure visits and page-load performance in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying you across sites.
• •We do not use this data for advertising or to identify you personally.

Cookies and local storage

Besides the analytics cookies, the site uses cookies and browser storage it needs to work:

• •Account session cookies (sb-*): keep you signed in. They are removed when you sign out.
• •Tournament management cookie (pcpc_mt_*): when you create or run a tournament without an account, it keeps access to its management page on this browser for up to 180 days.
• •Functional preference cookies (for example, in the store or the merchant portal) that remember choices you made.
• •Browser local storage for the store cart and the list of tournaments you opened on this device. It is not sent to our servers.

How to opt out of analytics

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings (signing in will stop working if you block all of the site's cookies). You can also turn off Google Analytics on every site with Google's official Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), or use private browsing or tracker-blocking extensions.

Correcting your data

You can review and update your profile information from your account. To request corrections or ask questions about your data, contact us at panamacitypickleballclub@gmail.com.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as it is needed to administer your membership and operate the club, or as required for administrative and historical-record purposes.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect club information. No system is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
